Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, New Delhi Overview
Sri Venkateswara College is a co-educational centre and It is run by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and the University Grants Commission, and it confers degrees under the auspices of the University of Delhi. Courses are available at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the college. The institution offers vocational courses and short-term add-on courses that serve as a substantial boost to students’ academic profiles. Admissions are made solely on the basis of merit and in accordance with Delhi University regulations. In 2021, it was placed 11th in the college category by NIRF.
The college’s main goal was to meet the educational needs of students from South India. Sri Venkateswara College has maintained an on-campus hostel since 2008, consisting of two buildings, one for boys and one for ladies, with a total capacity of 144 students.
