Delhi College Of Arts And Commerce, (Dcac) Delhi University Overview
The Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) is a coeducational college in Netaji Nagar’s prime location, with several famous residential societies and business operations in the immediate vicinity. After the former G.D. Salwan College dissolved, the College was formed in 1987 under the auspices of the Delhi Administration.
The institution is currently housed in a structure owned by the GNCTD Department of Higher Education. Despite the infrastructure challenges provided by a non-permanent self-owned facility, DCAC has established itself as one of the most sought-after colleges not just on South Campus, but also across Delhi University. In July-August 1989, DCAC became the first institution in Delhi University to offer a three-year Honors Program in Journalism.
DCAC’s campus is around 5 acres in size, with a built-up area of about 2.5 acres. The institution provides 18 undergraduate courses leading to a Bachelor with Honours/Programme Degree, with a variety of paper alternatives for students
