Ambedkar University - Karampura Campus, (Aud) Delhi Overview
Ambedkar University – Karampura Campus operates as a multi-campus unitary university with a special emphasis on vocational/community college programmes. The University’s main campus is built in a 400-year-old heritage building complex in the heart of old Delhi, at Lothian Road. This site also houses the Centre for Development Practice. A new library has also opened on this campus. The Karampura site features the same technology-enabled AC classrooms, library, computer laboratories, student recreational areas, playgrounds, and canteen as the Kashmere Gate campus.
The campus of the newly established Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women is adjacent to ours (IGDTUW). In terms of well-stocked libraries, reading rooms, online journals, and computer laboratories, the AUD campus offers an excellent infrastructure. Only female students have access to student hostel facilities. Audio-visual equipment is accessible in classrooms, and Wi-Fi is available across the campus.
